You have indicated that you have a Debit Card issued by Fulton Bank.

Access Your Debit Card Account Online

Please visit the Fulton Bank site for real-time access to your debit card account.  

For First Time Access to Your Account:

Please note to complete this process you will need:
1) Your social security number 
2) Your 9 digit Fulton Bank account number (found on Fulton Bank monthly statement) 
3) Your 16 digit Debit card number

1.  Visit www.Fultonbank.com, click the link “Enroll” (On left sidebar under "Online Services")
2. Click on "Enroll Now"
3. Click on: “Sign up for Fulton Bank Internet Banking Service”
4. You will be asked if you currently use Internet banking with Fulton. Click on “NO”
5. Complete the security screens that follow to finalize your online enrollment.

Make a Contribution to Your HSA

• Click for the Existing Customer Contribution Form.
• The mailing address for sending your contributions  (if you are not having them deducted from your pay check) is:

Please make checks payable to Fulton Bank.

• Click for the ACH Debit Authorization Agreement.We can automatically make deposits to your HSA from your checking account. You can choose to have the money transferred on either the 1st or 20th of the month.

Fulton Bank Debit Card Fee Details

• For monthly account balances of $2,500 or more, there is no fee. For account balances that fall below $2,500, there is a monthly fee of $2.00.

• Transfer to another HSA Custodian or Close Account: $25.

Note: If you use the HSA Debit Card for non-medical expenses you will be subject to a 20% penalty and you will be responsible for the taxes on that debit card withdrawal. You also have the availability of paper checks. Manually processed reimbursement requests for debit card accounts are subject to a handling fee.
