Special information for Vanguard Mutual Funds:

• You can continue to view and transact your mutual funds online at hsaadministrators.com.
• Your balance at Vanguard will remain unchanged; only the custodian will change
• You are not required to put any money in the checking account/debit card.
• By signing up for Internet banking, even if you do not fund the checking account, you will have online access to tax forms, and a convenient record of all of your contributions and withdrawals.
• You will be able to move money from your Vanguard Mutual Funds to your checking account at HSA Bank. You will need an Investment Change Form to complete this transaction.
